Here is a rough mix which was recorded on 23 March 2002 in the studio. It's the only track on the forthcoming album in which the piano and vocals were recorded simultaneously. I think it created a more live feel, and the result gives a much more powerful sound. You can look forward to a more polished version of this to appear on 'Sanctimonious'.

The remixed version of this song which appears on 'Sanctimonious' has a bit of a different feel than the original. This guitar-and-vocal only version keeps to the original rhythm without the detractions of other layers of instruments.

This song will not be appearing on the upcoming 'Sanctimonious' album because it requires a rather expensive recording setup with a full band, strings, drum programming and basically expensive production that I just don't have the means to achieve just yet. However, I think that this acoustic version still shows off a lot of the energy of "Wintersong" despite being recorded just with piano and vocal.
